Everything about the hotel itself is positive. From the staff to the room. Emir was kind to help us at any moment during our stay. The room is clean and spacious. I was positively surprised by a cake for my birthday! I have definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Ibis hotels are no frills. If you stay in one, you’ve basically stayed in them all. The location of this is a little awkward but we needed to be close to a hospital for a few days. The mini fridge worked fine, and the room was surprisingly spacious.

when i was on the way staff name is Burak call me make sure i am coming to hotel which is nice when i am there Emir there to night time Muhammed is there those 3 guys very good handle to custumer i was so happy only those 3 guys

The excellent service provided by the lady at reception. She sits in the office as well. She really went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. This was despite the language barrier.

The staff is very helpful, for any question or request they are available to help you, especially Emir. The room has enough space. The location is very good, because there are bus stops nearby. I will choose to stay at the Ibis Istanbul West again
